Neuer Horizon is a Florida-based FF&E procurement company that partners with architects, interior designers, and developers to manage every stage of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment process — from sourcing and vendor management to logistics and installation coordination.
We help design professionals deliver their projects on time, on budget, and exactly as envisioned.

What industries do you work with?
We specialize in hospitality, commercial, and restaurant projects, but we also support multi-family developments, office interiors, and retail environments.

Do you install the furniture?
We coordinate installation scheduling and oversight, but actual installation is performed by approved vendors or subcontractors.
If you’d like full installation management, we can include it as an additional service. -
Do you handle design or specification work?
We do not provide design services. Our role is to execute and manage the procurement process based on specifications provided by the architect or interior designer.
However, we can assist with value-engineering and sourcing equivalent materials if required.

Are freight, storage, or installation included in your fee?
Freight, storage, customs, and installation are billed separately for transparency. These costs depend on project location, vendor, and logistics complexity.

How do you communicate project updates?
We provide regular progress reports and order tracking summaries detailing purchase orders, shipping statuses, and delivery timelines. Clients are always informed of next steps and any vendor updates.
